Unable to access audio stream

Both the Media Player and Real Player links apparently are dead; I get an error message when clicking on them. (The Winamp link works but my office computer has restrictions which prevent downloading new software).

Today (from 3:00 AM your time to at least 9:30 AM your time), the WCSB audio stream was choppy, broken by frequent interruptions and lost segments as I listened here in Bulgaria. Yet, the sirius xm radio audio stream (which I am listening to now) is completely smooth. Why the difference in audiostream quality today between these two internet sources? I assume they both originate in the USA.

The WCSB website appeared to be down for at least two days, so I couldn't access the audio stream. What was the problem?

I was consequently forced to explore other internet audio options for my listening pleasure. I checked out Ohio State's "www.Ohio.fm" which has something called "Scarlette TV" which apparently is a continuous series of "commercial alternative" music video clips. It also has no programmers, which wasn't really to my taste.
