            <description><![CDATA[ For those of you so unfortunate as not to have heard the Jukebox Jive on Memorial Day, Steve Mackay (spelling?) was really swinging for the fences with his tunes and talk.  I dug when he played John Cale's "Ready for War."  I remember reading Cale talking about crowds in America singing along in a fist-pumping way to that song, but (paraphrasing):<br />
"They're not really ready to go to war.  I should be playing Bob Dylan's 'Can You Please Crawl Out Your Window'."]]></description>
