Everyone should be able to access the web streams once again.

Did WCSB upgrade its audiostreaming capabilities, as well as repair and replace the old hardware?

The audiostream seems higher quality than it was in the pre-hardware failure past; maybe the hardware had been degrading for a while before it finally failed (?).
