Have you tried scrolling down to the bottom of the page? I've seen that in some browsers, the links menu gets pushed to the bottom of the page for some reason. So, try scrolling down and see if you can find it.

OK, it reappeared. I think it disappeared because I had opened two browsers accessing the WCSB portal page.

I closed the WCSB portal page and an hour later reopened it, and the menu was there, on the right of the screen. I refreshed the page, and the menu list disappeared.
