i stumbled upon (the old-fashioned way thank you) this group a couple weeks ago and I like their songs, maybe some of you DJ's may like them too.

Never heard of Peppermint Androids. I have heard of the Android Sisters. Some of their songs were occasionally played by Dr. Demento, especially "Down On The Electronic Farm". I believe the Android Sisters originated on that ultra-bizarroid radio-theater programme called "Ruby', which was sort of an absurdist 'film noir' take on "The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy", wherein a sexy interplanetary detective was always involved with the Mall People. It was more oddball than funny, but I understand that WJCU was still airing it around 2001.
