It never fails, does it? I get another spread of goodies for you folks as a homewarming gift for your move to your new facility over at the Cole Center --

And I would have to get those CHINESE DUCK EGGS!!!!

I always am causing some kind of stir among you folks, aren't I? Yeah ... and don't you just love it, eh?

I'm glad you enjoyed everything.

Now ... as for those eggs ... let me tell you something ...

Those eggs were processed in the traditional Chinese "one-hundred-year-old egg" style. That means they were covered in a mixture of salt, ash, and lime (the mineral, not the fruit) and then buried for about a hundred days in a proper clay or loam. During this time, the seasonings seep into the shell and the egg's liquids congeal. That's why even the shells turn black. But they are considered a great delicacy -- and apparently a lot of you agree. After all, you ate 'em all.

I'm sorry that those eggs scared some of you, though. Sort of a "green eggs and ham" sort of deal, right?

But as I am going to be putting together another spread of goodies for you guys for Christmas, would you like some more of those EGGS?????
