Kate Sopko
Poet, writer, activist living in Tremont. Founding member of C-Space, a DIY community center for interaction, social programs + political action located in the Clark Fulton area.
Kate's new book,
Stewards of the Lost Lands, will be released on Sat. 1/12. A combination of poetry and essays,
'Stewards' looks at this generation of Americans' inherited social responsibilities, and the difficulty many people have shouldering them. Drawing from her experience working within the anti-nuke and anti-war movements, and on DIY community projects like C-Space, Sopko looks broadly at the roadblocks placed in front of people looking for a more balanced, loving world by our culture's mental terrain.
Angela Beallor
Writer, poet, student, visual artist working in photography and video. Before moving to Brooklyn for her studies, Angela was a political activist in Northeast Ohio for over ten years.

Writer, publisher, teacher, sound poet, and founder of The Language Foundry - a DIY community center for forward-thinking poetry, music, art, and experimentalism located in Tremont. Joseph has just released a collaborative album of sound poetry ( manipulated spoken word + ambient sound ) called
