New Lou Reeds play their first show since, uh, 2008 (?), in honor of their new LP "Hit Songs."
This Saturday 10/23 at The Happy Dog (5801 Detroit), with Herzog (Nick from Expecting Rain's rockin' new band) and Madame & The Moist Towelettes (R.A. Washington's latest experiment)...

The Reeds will rip through the entire new album plus some classic gems of yesteryear. The new album is a 12" LP with hand-printed covers. My brother and I printed the covers on our porch. It took us like 3 years to finish this album, due to alien abductions and satanic curses. However, we're pretty damn happy with it and we think you will be too. We promise we will bring the heavy blues choogle this Saturday. Tell yr friends.
