Has anyone figured out the cause of the ringing signal (?) in the background when programmers take calls? It has been there the last few days.

Line two is screwed up. When we have someone on the air on one of the other lines and line two rings, the ringing (which actually sounds more like a buzzing) is audible. I dealt with it by putting line two on hold during my show so it couldn't ring. IMO, that is the best way to deal with it until it is repaired by our engineer (hopefully on Monday). This has been a problem before so hopefully, he will no exactly what needs to be done.
