America, Fuck Yeah!!! The next GSM will be an interesting one. This ruling will probably be appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court. After that, the FCC will either be successful or will re-write it's policy to something less vague (which could potentially be more draconian than what they had in place). Regardless of that, we should reconsider how we handle our daytime activities and for the need of using the dump button because of one swear word during a song. We need to appreciate this while we can because it may be very short lived. That being said, it still might not be in our best interest to start broadcasting a ton of what was once considered indecent material during the day just because we can. Complaints can still come to the university that might be all it takes to have the administrators insist we do something about it. If we do change our policy, do we need to run disclaimers all day long?
