Telecult Powers - "Space Age Mathmagicians" cdr $15
(Witchbeam + Mr. Matthews)
Two black meditations from Telecult Powers. The first, "I was a Teenage Temple Prostitute", explores the more traditional long form jams they are best known for. The second, "Mothers Third Eye", marks a new but temporary direction to their ever evolving sound. The spiritual heir to last year's Mysterious Black Box premium Live From the Psychic Dancehall (rhythms electronique twist and slither in a black sheeted void. The mind is impregnated by visions of man's earliest and most forbidden mysteries).
This cosmic grimoire is Limited to 5 copies with hand drawn veve covers by Witchbeam.

Colorforms - "Time is: Time was" cd $15
This trio from Lakewood, Ohio has been creating its own uniquely hypnotic blend of transcendental psych/drone since 2004. Comprised of moody analog padding, crystalline guitar leads, an atmospheric rhythm section, and a variety of other live instrumentation and electronics, the band works on the level of thematic layers and real-time, telepathic communication. Time is: Time was is a fluid, impressionistic soundscape adrift in layers of spectral synth and haunting free-form music. Floating, breathing, cosmic chords and ancient vibrations take you on a journey through crystal caverns to portals of unknown and unknowable bliss and sonic tension/resolution.
Limited to 5 copies, well-mastered and with original art by J. Kyle Moyer.

THE MOBILE CRUISING VESSEL PRIVATE NOISE SHOW!! - $15

Undoubtedly one of the BEST premiums of the year - George Viebranz (Pimlo, Steve Dracula, co-organizer of the Champagne of Fests) takes his twisted inventiveness to the road with this awesome concept-performance. George will pick up you and two of your friends anywhere within Cuyahoga County for the ride of your life - by creatively using his reliable automobile's own electronic, engine, and radio systems + his own wizardry, George will entertain you with an in-vehicle mobile noise set and then drop you and your two friends off anywhere of your choosing within the county and a 10 mile radius of the pick-up location. Amazing. Use your premium as a limo service, unique birthday surprise, cab ride home from the bars, great gift idea for any occasion- yes! This is a steal at that donor level!

(*note - George and his vehicle are fully covered by State Farm Auto Insurance, and he doesn't drink and drive or any of that irresponsible nonsense)

Your premium comes as a special printed certificate, and you make arrangements for the ride directly with George.

Cruising Vessel Testimonials:

John Elliott: "George Viebranz is a seasoned Cleveland phantom. His sparse but always calculated performances go above and beyond the call of "sound". George takes the most abstract tasks of composition and magnifies the mystery and the oddity - sometimes alienating, sometimes so ridiculous it even has comedic moves. Most of his material seems to be based on real life experience and circumstance, stretched into surreal levels through obsessive research. The Mobile Cruising Vessel is George's newest endeavor into the weirdness and madness of every day life. One of the most refreshing and forward-thinking new projects out there. A real-time experience that involves all senses. A rare case of performance art in the nu age of amerikan wasteland culture hitting the nail right on the head!"

Jack Smiley: "George's Mobile Cruising Vessel takes audience participation on the road - literally - in one of the most original, pedal-to-the-floor performances I've ever witnessed. Highly recommended!"

Spider Lady: " The Mobile Cruising Vessel ride was one of the more surreal experiences I've ever had. Cruising the streets of Lakewood while George worked his magic was like entering a different dimension of sublime absurdity. Best noise experience of the year!"

Soft spoken and gentle, Small Conversations embodies all that ambient music is meant to be through perfectly crafted works of delicate beauty. Ryo Nakata's work picks up and elaborates where Eno's left off. Small Conversations will fit perfectly in one's collection next to albums by Celer and Phill Niblock.

Shinobu Nemoto - "Improvisations #1" cd - $15
An epic album by Japanese artist Shinobu Nemoto, Improvisations #1 showcases Shinobu's ability to create beautiful and interesting sonic textures using minimal means. Using only an electric guitar, stomp boxes, and recording to a 4-track with no overdubs, Improvisations #1 delivers 5 massive pieces. Recorded in 2009, each piece begins initially soft and subtle, and builds and layers gradually into powerful and intense guitar noise drones.

Improvisations #1 is packaged in Experimedia's signature custom designed six panel tall-slim pack and is a limited edition release.

Poopy Necroponde / Ogo Dys - "Post-Op Transatlantis" split 12" vinyl LP- $15
A clash of two exo-tellurian tyrants ruling the netherworlds of Atlantis' sewer pipes, ten professionally produced studio tracks range from a groove so obscene it'll make your innards burst, over to the tender mindrot of chipmunk loony tunes!
Side A features subversively intellectual, heavy, and sometimes raunchy eclectic avant-rock from Cleveland's own underground music step-father Matt Lindsay (Sockeye, Burgee Boys, Breathilizor, 9 Year Old Mudflesh, Dr. Bitch, etc) as Poopy Necroponde. Side B features an insane multi-layered, complex prog-rock experiment/bizarre journey that culls influences from just about everywhere by Ogo Dys - the beyond quirky Swedish cult figure Magnus Lundberg who treats songs like full-out musical adventures, often swinging through several genre styles and texturally diverse passages within a single composition. A consistently fun, carnival-esque journey.

Breathilizor - "Metal Dump of Outer Space's Confusion aka Hamburglar's Toast" 7" vinyl - $10
Ludicrous and mind boggling hard rock/ death-tardmetal from two dudes from Sockeye (Food Fortunata + Matt Lindsay). Dark and heavy fairy tales about evil monsters, gnomes, and UFO pirate ships. This band plays nothing remotely pretty, so some dementia is required. Recommended for the weirdo geek and death metal fan stalking your Grandma's pet canary. Full color sleeve/liner notes from Akron artist Frank Oblak.

Of Swine and Swill - "s/t" cd - $10
Imagine a unique mix featuring the rock elements of Black Sabbath, industrial soundscapes ala Deutsch Nepal or In Slaughter Natives with a touch of Godspeed! You Black Emperor, and you're somewhere close to the new project of northeast Ohio's Stephen Petrus and John Potter. Without the constraints or boundaries of one genre, blending their rock and electronic roots, Of Swine And Swill's music is personal, introspective and emotional: aggressive, yet subtle; atmospheric, yet never a passive listen. See the review in the 11/04/09 issue of Scene Magazine. Ominous, heavy-hitting, and oddly evocative - the album also features an 8-page full color booklet which includes all lyrics and artwork by John and Stephen. pro jewel case release.

Murderous Vision - "Life's Blood Death's Embrace" cd - $10
Providing a looking glass into the history of this cult Industrial purveyor of all things dark, Life's Blood Death's Embrace is a deathly mixture of the blackest of ambient passages supplemented heavily by classical refrains and post-industrial rhythmic structures. Add to this the sound and vocal contributions by the controversial industrial artist Brethren, crystal clear production values and a superb mastering job from the hands of Peter Andersson (Raison d'être, Stratvm Terror etc.). This standard jewel case edition features artwork by the mesmerizing and lethal visual artist Rebecca Potter and multi medium Polish art phenomena Kati Astraeir to perfectly match the dark vision of this album.

JERK - 3 releases to offer - $10 each
Voice manipulation, noise electronics and drums, drums, drums... textural noise rock improv and composition from Cleveland's own.

"F*ck Action" 3" cd in jewel case w/full color cover art by David Russell
"A-Pox On Jerk" cdr w/ art collage cover by David Russell
"Ini Kamoze" cdr

Nate Scheible + J. Guy Laughlin Jr. - "Shy Guy Sessions" 3"cdr $10
Highly touted psychotic creepy / disgusting percussion battle from the two best drummers in Cleveland.

Telecult Powers - "Dedicated to Robert Moore" cdr - $10
Spooky mad scientists' experiment with electronics yields pure Technoccultism. Witchbeam + Mr. Matthews first release - amazing ambient dronesters. Hand-screened covers by Witchbeam.

Poopy Necroponde - "We're All Going to Tax You" cd $10
(Matt Lindsay-Sockeye/9 yr.old Mudflesh) Creatively-composed and well-recorded collection of disturbed and brilliantly calm but scathing socioeconomic political reflections on the current state of clueless business-as-usual denial of the dark side of modern life's realities. Good subversive stuff - the 20-minute title track alone is well-worth the investment. Very clever and very listenable.

Funambulist - "s/t" cd $10
(Funambulist is Dave Cintron, Jay Harrington, John Howitt, Matt Lindsay, Dan McGuire(words), Scott Pickering, Neil Sherhag, Bill Weita) The telling of tales set to music that rocks HARD. Some of the bleakest, darkest testaments to abyss-staring ever written, yet oddly listenable. Real-life casualty heavy downer razorblade-wrist lyrics - bass fully represented - compelling guitar talk captured - tight percussion. Xanax won't help - a sick collection of well-recorded rock jams performed by some of Cleveland's best musicians.

Iron Oxide - "Crunk" cdr -$10
A horrifying, post-apocalyptic future in which Question Mark and the Mysterians must perform Swans covers in order to ward off the flesh-eating robots. Includes their hit, "$8000 House". Handmade cover.
