The break where it says "PSAs, Talking" was right around 9 o'clock, and that Fela Kuti song is 10+ minutes long, so it was probably either The Lijadu Sisters "Danger" (Nigerian afrobeat/dance music from the mid '70s) or Shoukichi Kina "Mimichiri Bozu" (Okinawan pop from the early '80s)...
