Promo to Stay smart - if not - watch hockey

This station ran a promo of some sort awhile back where a comedian was encouraging kids to do smart things, or not be ashamed if they are smart.. can't recall whole thing.Remember the part about dumb people being able to enjoy watching hockey on TV...Anyway, who was the comedian, and where can I get a copy of the promo?

Not really there is a lot of finese, skill and strategy involved in the game... Hoever it is also one the worlds most dangerous sports and people love the fights. So to an Intelectual (or at least a self proclaimed one) Brute force = Dumb

Now that the Lake Erie Monsters have taken to the ice, perhaps they could get homeboy David Thomas in to perform "Monster Walks the Winter Lake"...

Looking back over that linked bit of info on DT,
it strikes me that the locations of the English
and Swiss recording studios are mentioned, but it doesn't tell you that Suma is located in Painesville, where the beatniks go for pain...

It bummed me out to hear Zappa trash hockey that way. It's great fun!

Not only do most hockey players go through some sort of post-secondary education (no one enters the league right from high school in any sport, other than basketball), but they are generally regarded as being the most cultured, polite, intelligent, etc. off the ice by the media, charities, what have you.

Also, yes, hockey still has fights. True fans, though, admire excellent stickhandling above all other skills one needs to possess, over strength, speed, & size.

Hockey is much safer than many sports, including, but not limited to: speed skiing, all forms of race car driving, pelota, lacrosse (similar to hockey, but virtually no padding), & football.
