I love Cleveland so much.

Whenever I am asked about how it was to play in Cleveland from the time I was 15 until now, I always tell people that music is embraced and devoured by Cleveland. College radio is the best thing a city can offer, and our newspapers are sweet too. Is there anything bad aside from our lake effect snow? I dont know...

Thank you, young man. Cleveland can be a very cruel and unjust place, but as you have noted: it has a unique college-radio/rock-n-roll/alternative-media heart. If only the rest of its sociopolitical aspects would follow suit, we could easily be the San Fransisco of the North Coast instead of the Mistake By The Lake.

The music scene here is priceless. Its an amazing treasure and most of the people in the Cleveland area don't even know it. There is no place in the USA you can get more "Rock" bang for your buck than here.

Also...the upcoming Cleveland International Film Festival is nothing to sneeze at either. Those guys put on a killer event every year that rivals the best. Kudos to them!

Have your grandmother make them. Seriously, store-bought pierogis just don't do it for a true Pole. Last weekend in August, there is the Polish festival on Fleet Ave. You'll find good'uns there.

I love Bobaks! Bobaks is amazing. I wish that they would open a store in our area. We have enough Poles and other Eastern Europeans who would come and eat the food in the buffet and buy food at the deli to take home.
