Are there any job openings where you're at?

Oo-oo-oo! "Fraggle Rock"? Good one. But even better might be the original "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE'S" 'Land Of Gorch' bits: "THIS IS THE MIGHTY FLABOG -- TALK TO ME!!!"

Or of course, there's always "THE MUPPET SHOW": "Why do we always come here?/"I guess we'll never know."/"It's like a kind of torture --"/"To have to watch the show!"

Felipe's Jesus-in-Mexico station ID sounds like it uses thunder sound effects from a Godzilla movie.

Yeah. I concur. That's taken from a bit by Cheech and Chong, you know, but it still rocks.

Jasmine's new "Mentoring" PSA cracks me up!! Especially because, if you didn't realize it, she channels the voice of El Duce, late drummer/vocalist of the Mentors.

I love the new "Where's Wainstead" ID. Damn funny. I think I met that guy when I was in Utah (2003). I stopped in a garage with my Assistant Technical Director and happened to be wearing a WCSB shirt. The grease monkey that fixed my ATD's car was a Clevelander that somehow ended up in Ogden, Utah. He seemed pretty depressed about it.

That would sure be cool.

I also recall yet another show-segue-ident that was really great: the one wherein Doug Gilliard's 'TWENTIETH CENTURY GROOVE ANGEL' announced its new time-slot with a REALLY GREAT song:

"'Twentieth Century Groove Angel' has moved, has moved ... lemme tell ya 'bout it."
