_The Long, Hot Summer_ (1958) with Richard Anderson (Oscar in _The Six Million Dollar Man_) was on Fox Movie Channel yesterday, widening the horizons of my awareness of Anderson's repertoire.

Our shirts are not currently available on the website. We've tried to find a feasible way to offer them online, but we have to go through the university's development department, and they make it excessively complicated.

For now, WCSB gear is only available during Radiothon fundraisers every November, and at our events. Stay tuned in and logged on for event dates and times, including a follow-up to our very successful end-of-semester CD sale last week. We'll try to post info about these events as early as possible.

Oscar Goldman. I had his doll, uhhh action figure when i was like 6??? along with 3 or 4 Steve Austin's. Oscar's "accessories" included a brief case that you could open and it would reveal "top secret" files in them. shhhh.. my younger sister had the Jamie Sommers... we'll call her doll...when i would go like grocery shopping with my mom or something, i would borrow my sisters jamie doll and put her in my room on top of my Steve Austin doll, so they could....get bionic i guess. i SWEAR one time i did it and i came back from the store and steve ended up on top of Jamie. i attribute that to her unusually high sleep number.

TCM this week showed Richard Anderson in _Forbidden Planet_ (1956). Too bad 1950s hair gell has never become retro cool.

Lindsey Wagner now uses her TV granola personality to push matresses.

it's a pretty sad state of affairs when the Bionic Woman needs a special mattress.

R we not going to have WCSB merch available at the Ingenuity Festival this weekend...assuming we have a booth. If so, can someone let me know as I'm volunteering for this event.

Um... actually, I think there might be some coffee shops and other places of business that do put on WCSB in the background. ^_^

I think, at least @ one point, there was a press clipping hanging on the cork about Phoenix Coffee on Superior & 21st. Surprisingly, it didn't have a cock and balls on it...yet.

I know what clipping you're talking about. It wasn't desecrated because the girl in the picture was cute.

is that you way of saying that cute things do not deserved to be desecrated by C's and B's ?

No, I just meant that our totally alpha male station members don't like to desecrate pictures of cute girls with C's and B's.

Now, as for when they actually meet the cute girl in real life, that's another story...

She SHOULD be desecrated w/ C&B's b/c she's cute! In real life. But it was good press for us. Maybe some things ARE sacred.
