A colleague of mine wants to buy the album but has no idea who does this song. It is definitely in the ambient/trance type genre and has vocals. If anybody knows and can tell me the correct answer to pass on to my buddy, the first one is on me at the Spitfire when I'm able.by coolchicana - Shows

Kudos to WCSB for an awesome event! A repeat is a must! Had a chance to peek in for a bit...IT WAS PACKED & ROCKING! Sara you RULE!!! Thanks to all of the WCSB members who showed up to the Day of the Dead/Dia de Los muertos event earlier in the day as well. Appreciated seeing you out there. We also ran out of of stuff (i.e. programs, etc.) early on. Hopefully some of you got a chance to see tby coolchicana - The Station

Our very own "Buddah" turns the big 50 this year so fellow station members and friends of WCSB and Mark's will be gathering at Becky's on Saturday, June 6th from 7pm - ??? to celebrate this big milestone. Mark has been the devoted host of Sunday morning's " Rub the Buddah" show for many years and will probably be looking for a sub for his show after the party!by coolchicana - The Station

Tis the season folks. We had such a good time (kicking ass!) the last time we had a kickball challenge versus the members of our sister station WRUW, that quite a few of us believe we should do it again and give WRUW a chance to redeem themselves. In case some of you haven't heard, a fire broke out at our sister college station WRUW's transmitter site over the weekend. It was a pretty bad one causing the evacuation of most of 400 or so residents at this highrise and forcing WRUW off the air until further notice. This Saturday, Nov 1st, yours truly will be MCing this year's Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos Festival on Cleveland's westside in the historic Detroit/Shoreway neighborhood near CPT. This event will take place at the Orthodox Church & Parish Hall located at 6205 Detroit Avenue. The Parade of Skulls will take place on Detroit Ave that same afternoon at 2:15pm. If you want dirty, dark, hot and stinky...look no further than The Spitfire. They are small, but there is almost never a cover and the bands that play there have been consistantly good, punk & hardcore.
